Stepping Stones

As she embraces the warmth of the sun, her mind embraces the memories of the past, present, and how the future might be. The past are the memories she holds dearest. Her life would not be what it is today without those experiences and

fun she had. She was a bad girl, but, learned quickly how to "smell" the cops,

underage drinking, illegal drugs and cutting school were some of her favorite actives, but sex was the best and the worst.

The sexual atrocities she experienced, continued for 3 months. No one was told.
This was the worse of the sex. Her life continued.

In the present, she is happily married, has children, and wishes for the "Mothers Little Helper" "What a drag it is getting old" The body aches and pains are said to be normal for mid-life.

Which brings us to the future. She's see's men and women who can't walk, who can't breath, who can't think any longer. She doesn't want to end up like this.
She prays for death prior to the pain and suffering of old age.

True Happiness

Have we really ever experience true happiness? We talk about the happiness we find from the little things in life, but I'm not so sure we really experience it. My daughter and I were at the park when a bicycle-built-for-two pulled up with 2 men on it. No one paid much attention until we began to hear strange, animal like sounds. Everyone's head turned in the direction of the swings. It was obvious that the man on the swing was mentally challenged. He continued the sounds, but the more he spoke, the more happiness you could hear in his voice. After a while, the other man helped the man off the swing. The man began to jump and wave his arms in true happiness. It brought tears to my eye's that someone could experience such pure joy from swigging on a swing. The men mounted the bike and off they went, for what I'm sure is, his next experience of true happiness.

Muslims

CAN MUSLIMS BE GOOD AMERICANS? This is certainly 'food-for-thought'. This is very interesting and we all need to read it from start to finish. And send it on to everyone. Maybe this is why our American Muslims are so quiet and not speaking out about any atrocities. Can a good Muslim be a good American? This question was forwarded to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years. The following is his reply: Theologically - no. . . . Because his allegiance is to Allah, The moon god of Arabia .. Religiously - no.. . . Because no other religion is accepted by His Allah except Islam . (Quran, 2:256)(Koran) Scripturally - no. . . Because his allegiance is to the five Pillars of Islam and the Quran.

Geographically - no . Because his allegiance is to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five times a day.

Socially - no. . . Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews .

Politically - no.. . . Because he must submit to the mullahs (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and destruction of America , the great Satan.

Domestically - no. .. . Because he is instructed to marry four Women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34 )

Intellectually - no. . Because he cannot accept the American

Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.

Philosophically - no. . . .. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran does not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.

Spiritually - no.. . . Because when we declare 'one nation under God,' The Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as Heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in the Quran's 99 excellent names.

Therefore, after much study and deliberation.... Perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. - - - They obviously cannot be both 'good' Muslims and good Americans.

Call it what you wish it's still the truth. You had better believe it. The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future.

The religious war is bigger than we know or understand. ....

Footnote: The Muslims have said they will destroy us from within. SO FREEDOM IS NOT FREE.

On a coffee break

Animals in my house

My children are begging me to get an animal, one wants a dog the other wants a cat.
Now don't get my wrong, I love animals, if they live in someone else's house or wondering about
in their native habitat.
Let's start with dogs, positives and negatives.

Positive: Most of them make good watch dogs.

Negatives: They smell, they drool everywhere, most will run if given the opportunity
and may come back having rolled in deer dung or been sprayed by a skunk and God knows
what else. They bite. They shed. Dog hair can be found in your dinner. It is extremely difficult
to give it a bath. It's incessant barking drives the neighbors crazy. The dog will entertain your guests by rolling over and licking it's genitals. You have to walk the dog at 3am if that's want it wants (or clean the mess).
Last but definitely no least, dogs can have this problem with their butts which require a call to Stanley Steamer.


Cats:
Positives: cats are loving.
They clean their own bodies.
They don't need to be walked.
They are intelligent
They only need a small amount of food.
and need their water bowls to be kept full.
It's great to watch cats trip-out on catnip or
going nuts trying to get the piece of cardboard
from the end of a wire.

Negatives: cleaning the liter box
cleaning up after one has hocked up a hair ball (really not that bad).
Scaring the crap out of you when the cat jumps on the back of your head
while sitting on the couch.
and
walking across the piano keys at 5am.

It's obvious to me that cat's are the way to go.

They're still not getting either.
